Erin and Tom stopped by for a quick engagement shoot on their visit to Lewisburg from San Francisco.
We are photographing their destination wedding at Fripp Island in May where we’re sure the weather will be a bit nicer. A beach trip/wedding shoot? I think we can handle that.
Eileen and Larry were married at The Greenbrier on the Colonial Terrace. It was a gorgeous day with a gorgeous bride and groom!

Eileen and Larry wanted to do a First Look so that they could spend some time together before the ceremony. It was the perfect opportunity to get great shots of just the bride and groom!

Heather and Gregg were married at the Biltmore Estate in Asheville, NC
Fun fun fun bride! Heather is by far one of our favorite brides we have worked with!
Heather and Gregg chose to do the First Look. The First Look allows the bride and groom to see each other right before the ceremony and share a special, emotional moment just between the two of them. This is Gregg seeing Heather for the first time. So Sweet!

We would like to send congratulations to Emily and Kevin who will be married on June 26! We met up with Emily a few weeks ago to take her bridal portrait. It was a gorgeous day and she was a gorgeous bride! Here are a few shots from her session.
Carolyn and Simeon’s wedding day was an interesting one that kept us on our toes. The weather was not cooperating with us at all! It thundered and poured rain all morning long while Carolyn was getting ready. Then, like magic, the sun came out right before the ceremony and it ended up being one of the most beautiful days!
Carolyn was such a beautiful bride! She chose to ‘get ready’ for her big day at The Greenbrier before heading to Lewisburg Methodist Church for her ceremony. We loved how uniqueness of Carolyn’s veil!
This is the North Parlor and it is one of our favorite rooms at The Greenbrier!
After the ceremony, everyone headed across the street to the gardens of the General Lewis Inn for the reception.

Recently, we were hired to do a photoshoot for Smooth Ambler Spirits in Maxwelton, WV beside the Greenbrier Airport.
We sampled some fantastic vodka.
We also took a personal tour of the grounds and learned all about the process – Thanks to John Little and John Foster.
The tasting room is as sleek as you’d expect and the perfect place to gather and sip spirits.
We have been fortunate to watch the process go from an idea to actual vodka. Great Job Smooth Ambler!

Each Spring the Greenbrier Valley Quarterly features 10 artists in the region and for the past two years, we have taken their portraits for this issue.
This is a really fun shoot for us. First of all, we get to meet 10 artists and get a glimpse of them in their studios or at work and see the art they create.
Each of the ten artists are amazing at what they do and if you’d like to learn more about them, you’ll have to get the latest issue!
We recently had the opportunity to photograph The Dueling Fiddlers, Adam DeGraff and Russell Fallstad, while Russell Williams filmed their music video.
The Dueling Fiddlers are just that – their music plays off of one another as if in a musical duel.
Their renditions of rock ballads, like Guns N’ Roses’ Sweet Child O’Mine are other-worldly.
If you don’t stumble upon them in a house party or live on stage, seek them out!
